There are many fruit trees, lush rain forests, flowers, waterfalls, and a river that runs through the whole of the property. The house was custom built, eco-friendly, with a lot of sunlight and a veranda that goes around 3/4 of the house. Giving a view of the surrounding rain forests, ocean view, and Maulua river. Lush green yards, pool. we are located on 13 areas of land and experience hikers can hike up to several waterfalls on the property. The property is peaceful, beautiful, and secluded. After it rains, you are able to hear the water rushing down the river. You are able to see the stars on a clear night. Many types of birds visit the property, too. The best way to get around is by car. However there is a bus service that can be used also. We are a working chocolate farm, and because of this, we have a gardner/handyman who lives on the property too. There will never be interaction with our gardner/handyman. Unless there is a need for repair.
