Less than a half mile from the beach, the property sits on a large lot with a botanical garden filled with exotic birds and orchids, banana, citrus, avocado and papaya trees. The property offers privacy and relaxation. This space is perfect for a solo adventurer. Very clean, quiet and private. There is a stylish and cozy Queen Bed with soft linen sheets. The bathroom features a gorgeous mountain and sunset view and a tiled shower. In the kitchenette, you'll find a fridge, two burner induction cooktop, microwave, Keurig, magic bullet blender, cookware and dinnerware, along with other kitchen accessories. Open the sliding door to your own private patio with a personal outdoor Weber to grill local fish. There are outdoor dimmable string lights with remote that can be set to a timer. The cottage is less than a half mile walk to the beautiful kailua beach with amazing views, swimming and surfing. There is beach equipment including chairs, cooler, boogie boards and beach towels for you! Guests have access to everything within the studio cottage. The shared washer/dryer is also available for your use at any time. We live on the property in the main house next door. We are available for any needs. Coconut Grove is a safe and quiet, family and dog friendly neighborhood in Kailua. Within 1 mile you’ll find local coffee shops, Whole Foods, wine bars, delicious local restaurants, farmers markets, a world class tropical beach and more! The neighborhood is ideal for walking and biking. There is a personal parking spot outside the cottage for your use. We have a sweet and loving hyperallergenic bernedoodle that lives on the property.
