Located just blocks from downtown, you'll have easy access to all of the restaurants, shops, and galleries that the area has to offer. Spend your mornings on the front porch enjoying a cup of coffee, and settle down on the memory foam bed in the evening! With its convenient location, Casita Blanca is the perfect place to call home during your stay in Ocean Springs. *We take the sanitation and cleaning procedures of our cottage very seriously. All linens are laundered with every new stay, and all commonly touched surfaces and objects are sanitized with every clean.* If you're looking for a cozy, warm space as a base to enjoy all that Ocean Springs has to offer, our freshly renovated cottage is the perfect place for you! The cottage is a 1 bedroom / 1 bath, that includes a kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, a dining table for two, and living room. Is that a cloud you're sleeping on? Nope, that's just the memory foam mattress we have in the bedroom! The cottage can comfortably sleep 2, however, if someone is willing to crash on the sofa (it converts), 1 more can fit. Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to cook a wonderful meal! Of course we hope you take advantage of the great local restaurants but, should you choose to stay in, we want you to be comfortable. (If by chance you do, please let us know how it came out - we're foodies!) The living room is furnished with a ROKU-enabled, smart, flat-screen TV. So feel free to BYOL (bring your own login) and log in to any service you're subscribed to. Need Tech? High speed internet and numerous charging outlets are located throughout. Downtown Ocean Springs is golf cart friendly city. Although there are plenty of spots for parking a regular sized vehicle throughout town, many choose to rent a golf cart during their time in the city. The community has defined parking areas. For our cottage, the designated parking area is to the left if facing the front door. A Smart TV is located in the living room. You will need to bring your (or a family member's) login info for the TV streaming subscriptions. We provide the Wi-fi but do NOT provide cable or basic channels. _______________________________________________________________ In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the house is equipped with an exterior camera. The camera is ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside.
