Beautiful pathways encourage exploration throughout the property. 1 other cabin located on property, but far enough away to ensure total privacy per house. Fully fenced 3.5hect finca with 2 guest houses, a caretaker’s house, working buildings, and a river. Access at front gate by Caretaker. Guests are welcome to explore and enjoy the property, have picnics on the hillside or down by the river…etc, but please do not enter the buildings except the cabin you have rented. We are always available to help with any issue, and only a message or phone call away. We do not live onsite, but the Caretaker does, so there is always someone at your disposal if needed. Otherwise, the cottage is totally private so you can enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. Secluded farm, less than 1 km from the highway, only 1.8km from the beach on a paved road. Only 15 minutes by car from the hustle & bustle of Coronado & major grocery stores…etc. Easiest means is by car. Open parking around the cottage. Busses do stop at the exit off the highway, a 1km walk from the finca entrance. We have 2 large dogs on property that we keep caged in a large coral during guest visits up to 2 days. But they must be allowed to run every so often, so we limit guest pets to ONE DOG ONLY, and no cats, please. Pet-friendly with FEE. Always notify if bringing a pet. This minimizes any potential conflict because one pet can be easily leashed and kept indoors while our dogs are loose if they don’t get along. Thank you for your understanding.
