Beautiful airy Country House just 12km away from Saigon City Center. The House is located directly on a river and is overlooking a garden with a private pool. Designed in a contemporary & traditional Vietnamese style it is the perfect place for a few relaxing days with the family. The living, dining & kitchen are open to the river and the garden. The two bedrooms are air-conditioned and feature river views as well as private semi-outdoor bathrooms. The garden and pool are completely private The Villa consists of a large common space with kitchen, dining & Living area and two private bedrooms. Both of the bedrooms consists of 2 levels (ground level & an open mezzanine). On each level there is a king bed so each bedroom can accommodate 4 people. Each of the bedroom has an semi-outdoor bathroom with two sinks, a separate shower and WC cubicle and a stone bathtub. The Saltwater pool is about 8m long and 130cm deep We have a fully functional and well equipped kitchen and as well as a Gas BBQ to prepare your meals. You have access to the entire house and garden except the attic and and a store room. A local Market and a Supermarket are about 500m walking from the house. Some simple local food stalls are also within walking distance Our Housekeeper will welcome you and show you the house. if any questions, you can contact me via Airbnb or contact our housekeeper who is staying in the property next door. The House is located on a small river within a local neighborhood. Market, pharmacy, supermarket, etc are just 500m away. Time to get there: Even though its only 12km from Saigon, it takes typically 45 - 60 minutes by car to get there. This is mainly due to the waiting time at the ferry. Optional Butler Service: For an additional fee we can offer a Butler service. Our Housekeeper can go to the market for you, arrange local breakfast, do a BBQ, clean up after cooking, do errands or make up the beds during your stay.
