Additionally, being situated in a tropical climate zone, it's possible but not likely (in the home) to encounter various creatures like frogs, lizards, iguanas, and bugs. We have a pest control service visit regularly for maintenance purposes. However we encourage you to reach out if you encounter any "unwanted guests".
