This listing gives you exclusive access to the entire resort style property. This includes 2 full cabinas ( with AC, Hot Shower, and Wi-Fi) , the luxury pool, outdoor rancho with a bar and living room, kitchen, firepit, and more! Brand New!! Just built in 2021! With renting the full property, you and your family or friends will have exclusive and private access to the entire property. This includes both cabinas that sleep a total of 6 guests comfortably, the outdoor living room and bar, kitchen, pool, firepit, and more! Our house keeper can also do your laundry for you as requested for a small fee that can be paid directly to her during your stay. The hosts (Chad and Lacie) will be just a phone call away. We can assist you with booking excursions and adventures during your stay. Some of the excursions that we can offer to you are surf lessons, yoga, horseback riding, volcano boarding, volcano hiking, turtle sanctuary, kayaking, paddle boarding, massages, and more. We can also assist you with arranging a taxi to and from the airport or other locations in Nicaragua as we have a trusted driver that we use. We advise everyone to stop on their way into town in Chinandega to purchase groceries or other supplies for your stay. We also advise that you bring cash or stop at the ATM in Chinandega as there are not ATM's in our community. The closest ATM and large grocery store is a 40 minute drive from our house.
