The sofa also converts to a Queen size sofa sleeper to accommodate additional guests. This condo sleeps up to 6 guests. The kitchen is remodeled with stainless appliances and is well stocked for guest use and enjoyment. Off the kitchen you’ll find the Master bedroom and bathroom featuring a King size bed, ceiling fan and a lovely walk-in tile surround shower. This unit does not have AC but it’s ocean front location and ceiling fans throughout help to keep things cool on those warmer days. Upstairs is the second bedroom and bathroom located in the loft. Here you’ll find a Queen size bed, additional TV and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Hale Kai is classic Maui, surrounded by beaches and boasts an ocean front pool, barbeque grills, onsite laundry room, and complimentary off-street parking for one vehicle. Nearby you will find the neighboring beach park, farmers market, grocery, restaurants, shopping and resort areas of Kapalua and Lahaina/Kaanapali! Please note this resort does not have elevators. Our on-island team also provides the following starter items: dish soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. Also provided is complimentary Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company. My Perfect Stays is available Monday through Sunday, from 9 am until 5:30 pm Hawaii Standard time. Honokowai Due to the recent wildfires, there's a volunteer distribution center in the parking lot next door that might temporarily affect some views. We apologize for any inconvenience, and please note that we're not certain about the timeline for the removal of the distribution center. Please note that Airbnb will group the following mandatory, non-refundable fees under their "Cleaning Fee" section. 1) Vacation Rental Damage Waiver plan that will cover unintentional damages to the rental unit interior and will cover up to $1,500 in damages. 2) Processing Fee: Our team is available daily from 9am-5:30pm for general questions or issues that arise, plus we have invested in an after-hours emergency staff. 3) Cleaning Fee: Our condos receive a CDC compliant cleaning and we provide a one-time starter supply of kitchen supplies, dish soap, detergents, toilet paper, paper towels, and Maui-made toiletries at the completion of our deep cleaning. Standard Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. If guest cancels between 7 and 30 days before check-in, they will owe 50% for all nights. If guest cancels less than 7 days before check-in, they will owe 100% for all nights.
