Enjoy a relaxing time away in this beautiful 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home. This house it's a quick 10 minute drive to the beach! The master bedroom has 1 king bed, spacious walking closet and en suite bathroom. 3 extra bedrooms have in total 4 double beds, 3 sliding single matresses, and 1 bunk bed. This house is perfect for a relaxing getaway, we allow day events for up to 40 people, only 12 are allowed to spend the night. The condominium features a huge pool, kids playground and lake. This house is inside a gated community. There is no public lighting monday - tuesday. We have an alarm system, and we ask our guests to activate it during their stay.
