Villa Casa Blanca is a 4800 square meter ( 51000 square feet) echo-friendly property with luscious lawn and wind dancing coconut trees. The bedrooms, kitchen and living areas are spacious, very comfortable, and on the first floor for your convenience! We have an owner's area upstasir but will not interfere with your stay since you will have the village for yourself!! Irma and Mauricio, the caretakers, will greet you and let you in and show you the parking areas. I am available to answer any questions or concerns at any time. The care takers are available 24/7 in case you need them. Garita Palmera is a relaxing, quiet, serene, and very safe small beach town. The locals are mainly fishermen, and you can actually get fresh out of the boat seafood! If you choose not to cook, you can order food from a couple of restaurants that deliver to the villa. We have a menu on hand. Ask Mauricio or Irma for more information. Care takers, Mauricio and Irma (an amazing cook!) will be available to greet you, assist you in getting set in, show you around the property, and give you tips that will make your stay extremely comfortable. Irma can assist you with cooking (for a small fee) and Mauricio with any small trips to the local market, I ask that you, please, tip them if you feel they helped you make your stay even better. If you wish to have Irma cook for you and your guests, please let me know so she knows in advance. We have Elon Musk's STARLINK as our internet service, the best in the country so far.
