The first floor of Casa Alegre has a Formal sunken Living Room, with a queen size sofa bed. The fully-equipped Kitchen and open concept family room have french doors opening to the outdoor infinity pool, wet bar and bbq area. The first floor also has a full bathroom and a bedroom with a queen size bed. The second floor Master Suite has a king size bed, two private balconies and soaker tub. Two additional bedrooms have queen size beds and a twin size portable folding bed. The second floor also has the third full bathroom, laundry closet and a spacious outdoor terrace. This residence is located in the hills of Campo Alegre, Rincon. A very quiet and private property equipped with outdoor security cameras. Casa Alegre is just minutes away from PR-115, Rincon’s main road. You’ll be just a short 8 minute drive away from Rincon’s most desired destination spots including restaurants, beaches and water activities. We are available at anytime during your stay should you have an issues, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will respond as promptly as possible. Beautiful property, surrounded by lush greenery, secluded in the mountains of Rincon. Very peaceful. Renting a car is highly recommended during your stay as PR does not offer services such as Uber/Lift etc. We can offer concierge services at additional cost, Such as: - Ride services to and from the airport, of up to 6 guests. - Food shopping, prior to arrival only. -set up for special occasions decorations etc Please make sure to read our HOUSE RULES before booking. A vehicle is a must to fully enjoy your stay. Casa Alegre is in the hills of Rincon. The driveway is steep, but you'll love the location and views from our secluded property. Be aware at times pool maintenance, diesel delivery and water delivery do come by during your stay. Please rinse your feet of sand/dirt etc before entering the outdoor, and or, indoor hot tubs as the sand causes issues with the hot tub functioning properly. Please be aware this is a small island and rolling blackouts are common, there is a generator running 24/7 should a blackout occur.
