It has the feel of a stand alone home and It features a split level, 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, a dining room, a living room, and lanais. You’ll love the bright and open layout, the comfortable beds, and the views from every room. Plus, you’ll have a washer and dryer, AC, fans, and a mini-van available for rent ($125/day- transport to and from airport not provided). There are also beach towels, a couple of beach chairs, and umbrella and a small cooler for your beach days. Walk-in entry level has 1 bedroom (queen bed) and 1 bath with shower. Open upper level has an open floor plan with the dining room (sits 6), fully stocked kitchen, living room, lanai and Master bedroom (king bed) with en suite bath. Downstairs you'll find the laundry room next to the 2nd larger Master bedroom (king bed) with en suite bath (shower and tub) and lanai. There are AC wall units in the 2 Master bedrooms and living room, with fans in every bedroom and living room. We found this sufficiently cools the house if need be. There is a designated parking spot for this home numbered #33 as well as the guest parking spot ( first come first serve). Guests are not allowed to park in garage or driveway.
