For those that enjoy nature walking along rivers or safe varied terrain, be it flat,stairs, trail or hill walking is almost at your doorstep. The front of the house has parking, a flower garden and a mango tree. The 1st floor has a garage, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and the housekeeper’s quarters with bathroom and shower. The 2nd floor has two master bedrooms and two bedrooms with shared bath. All comfortably fully furnished. Your selection is for the primary bedroom, coffee balcony, walk thru closet and an on suite private bathroom. All of this is your private space. You also have shared access to two bathrooms in the common area as well as use of all common areas. The 3rd floor is a living garden we call theThe Green Terrace. It is one full floor of enjoyment with Jacuzzi, bathroom and shower, dinner area with kitchen and BBQ , tv area, small gym area and a lot of green plants. This master bedroom has a coffee balcony, air conditioning, large smart TV with cable and Netflix service, king size bed, walk through closet and bathroom with shower. Based on the number of guests, maximum 2 per room, if you need more than 1 bedroom, please call us and we will help you put it together. Example. 2 guests can be 1 or 2 bedrooms and the cleaning fee will be based on the number of bedroom being used. The balance of the property is for your enjoyment. The housekeeper will maintain the 1st floor. The host will provide a daily coffee service if you request it and you let the house keeper know. The housekeeper will accept packages or food deliveries, show you how to use:the washer and dryer, kitchen appliances, air conditioning, jaccuzi, help getting you get transportation (which is very reasonable). You may use both cooking areas (kitchen and Terrace kitchen). If you cook, you clean up after yourself or you can ask the housekeeper to assist you in cooking or cleaning for a nominal gratuity. The same for assistance with laundry or bedroom cleaning. If you must travel with a small pet, call us and we will try to help you. The housekeeper can assist with pet sitting, pet walking and feeding if you have a registered pet. We pay the housekeeper above minimum wage but with rising costs, gratuities helps the housekeeper. The housekeeper can help you have a more leisure trip and we thank you for being generous to the housekeeper. Just the phone call away. You will have 3 numbers for help plus a US number for English. This is a very secure and beautiful location but we share a worldwide caution: Do not go out a night by yourself without secure transportation; Do not dress to impress with jewelry when traveling alone. Think of Paris, Madrid, Los Angeles, Houston or San Francisco,”Be smart, be safe”. The housekeeper or the hosts can help you with local transportation, taxis, private cars, and Mio”, the famed public transportation system all of which are very economical. You may not need a car. This is a highly desirable area with many professional people calling it home. The residential area is quiet and we are respectful of noise and loud music restrictions. This is definitely not a party house. Many of our clients are business people or guests availing themselves to Colombias famous cosmetic or other surgical, dental and other medical care. There are many local alcohol venues, bars, restaurants and dancing places where loud music is ok. Please enjoy it there and come to this home for a safe and peaceful sleep. The daytime activities of Cali, the local rivers, museums, restaurants and Buena Ventura are unbelievable. Due to Cali water concerns and restrictions, the use of the jacuzzi is limited to registered guests plus 1 visitor per registered guest.
