It's an upgraded room with a very nice single bed, a small fridge, table, chairs and colorful new windows. I am a professional driver. I live with my wife and my 10-years old son. My house is very clean and simple. It is located a very quiet and safe neighborhood. This house is 2 miles away from Frederick down town. Also, Ballenger Creek Center is close to my House so guest can reach there in 5 minutes by walk. There are a lot of Restaurants, Grocery stores, and shopping center. Our place is located in second floor in the yellow room of the Townhouse. Our family lives in the basement room and So it is a very quiet and private space. A bathroom is available share for guests. The kitchen is available for guests and appliance such as Coffee maker, microwaves, and so on. Washer and dryer also are available for guests. Visitors can share kitchen, balconies, basement laundry room and shower room. I like chat text messages. Our neighborhood is quiet and friendly people. There is a tennis court and swimming pool available. There is also a food laon market, restaurants, coin laundry, well green and bank within walking distance. It is a convenient place with Cosco, Wal-Mart and all shopping malls 2 minutes away by car. 1. Keep clean the kitchen after using. 2. Keep quiet after 10 pm and reduce loud and laundry 3.
