This is a home that caters to all your needs. I will most likely not be able to meet with you in person but I have a caretaker who can assist you as needed. My house comes with well written instructions on the topics of operating and securing the house, getting to the hiking trails, shopping and more. The gate and primary door(s) have keypads which will be set to your main phone number. I'm a quick responder and I can explain things well in English. My Spanish requires I text message you through a translator program. When traveling on ruta 4, on the East you will see a sign that says TEPEYAC. Turn in there. FROM HERE ON, DRIVE VERY SLOWLY. People live here. They walk in the road, at night, wearing dark clothing with no flashlights or streetlights. At the tee in the road, where it says "ESPERANZA", turn left. The road will fork four times. Each time stay right. Our first gate has lights on. Its red. The gate is blue. Enter the last 4 digits of your phone number into the keypad. Push the gate open. Drive through. It's important that you close and lock the gate. Each time. Now just follow the road. Drive with caution as there are reverse speed bumps that direct the flow of water across the road diagonally. The last turn is treacherous. It's a VERY steep, hard left. This puts you at a large black gate. You made it. Again. Enter your phone number as the passcode. Again, please close and lock the gate, always. When you park you will find the last keypad on the front door. Again, use your phone number. You're in! Get ready to be amazed! Our home is on the side of a volcano. The road is steep and rocky in the dry season and muddy in the wet season. A vehicle with ground clearance is required. A 4x4 is recommended. A rented car will not make it up this hill. A key concern to renting my home is the road up from Granada. The road is steep and rocky. This property requires a vehicle with some ground clearance. Four wheel drive can also be helpful. The house has an appropriate SUV Nissan Patrol which you can rent for an additional $60 per day. Call or text me and I'll go over the contract and details with you.
