The apartment features two delightful bedrooms. The master bedroom featuring a king-size bed for a restful night's sleep attached to its own bathroom ensuring your convenience and privacy. The second bedroom offers a cozy atmosphere, complete with a single bed, perfect for a solo traveler or a child. This bedroom also comes with an attached cozy balcony. Additionally, the apartment includes another bathroom with a shower, ensuring that everyone has their own space and making it convenient for larger groups. While the apartment does not have a washing machine, rest assured that we've got you covered. We provide access to a nearby and convenient laundry service for all your laundry needs. You won't have to worry about clean clothes during your stay. - Our support team will be available to assist and answer your questions all days of the week from 9 am till midnight. *** Please find below a list of important notes: - Smoking, events, parties, professional or commercial photography are not allowed. A penalty fee of $1,000 will apply in case rules are broken! - As per Lebanese law, guests are required to provide us with their ID upon booking confirmation. - Always check if the gas tank is open when you need to use the stove. - The apartment has a UPS to provide backup power in case government electricity AND generator subscription are out, this usually happens for a couple of hours during the day. During these hours only the UPS will be sourcing the apartment with electricity and consumption will be limited to only lights, TV, and wall sockets to charge phones and plug small electronic devices only. Generator subscription: 21 Hours UPS time schedule: From 03:00 am To 06:00 am Only Common Space Electricity (Elevator) Schedule: 24 hours.
