Quaint 1 bedroom cottage w/views of Lake Winnipesaukee has AC w/beach toys & available year-round. Our deck is literally on Lake Winnipesaukee and a 3 minute walk from the cottage. Here you will be able to enjoy gorgeous views, watch & participate in lake activities such as swimming off our dock or jumping off the diving board. The public beach is steps away, along with restaurants, ice cream, water sport rentals, mini-golf & entertainment. Perfect for couples or small family & is pet 52UCV -This three-room (one-bedroom) “cozy” cottage has all you need to have a relaxing & enjoyable lakecation! -The deck across the street is amazing to hang out on or swim off of and is only shared with the guests that stay in our house next door and occasionally by the people that rent two slips from us. -This rental doesn’t come with a slip but sometimes we have one open so ask if you have a boat and would like to use it (no promises but we will try to accommodate when we can). -Ductless heating and air conditioning makes heating/cooling easy, and we have fans in the living room & bedroom. -Due to not having laundry facilities onsite, we request you bring your own bed linens and towels, but let us know if that’s a problem. -The whole guest house - all 3 rooms! :-) -The dock on Lake Winni is shared with the guests staying in the main house. -Public beach steps away. We are just a phone call or text away if you need us, however this space is all yours. We'll provide you access information in time for your arrival. We are pet-friendly, but there is a $50 pet fee which covers the extra cleaning costs. If bringing a pet, please advise what type of pet(s) you are bringing when making the reservation. Walk to the dock, public beach, restaurants, ice cream stores, boat rides - all that you'd want/need for your summer vacation! We are on a hill, so outside of the cottage there are either inclines or steps when walking to the deck or in the area. -A sandy public beach , restaurants, and Mt Washington boat stop are only steps away. -Mt. Major and Gunstock are just short drives away and have great trails for those that are looking for some exercise! -We have a 55" smart TV in the room with the futon. -There is parking for one car in the driveway to the left of the cottage. If you have a second one, you can park in front of the cottage. -Ductless heating and air conditioning available year-round. -We have a Keurig & coffee maker. -There a gas grill to the left of the cottage and it is shared with the house guests. During off-season months it is put away but if you give us a week's notice (or less if we are up there), we'll leave it out for you.
