This unit is a small studio a few steps from the ocean, if you are on a budget and want to experience the real Hawaii this place is for you.The kitchen is fully stocked. There is one Q-size bed and a pull-out couch with a Q-size mattress for children or adults up to 130. The swimming pool and gym are just around the corner. Unfortunately NO AC, and it might get hot specially in the summer months, but we provide multiple fans. This is an older building with a 1970's vibe. It's located in a beautiful stretch of white sand beach, home to several turtles all year around. We don't have AC in the apartment, but we provide multiple floor fans and ceiling fans to help on the year's hottest days. Additionally, we prepare a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, hand and dish soap, and body wash- Additional items will be your responsibility. This building is under renovation, and you can expect construction workers to be there Monday-Friday, 8 am-4 pm, with weekends being construction free. We will inform you of any restrictions you may have during your stay as soon as we are told. PARKING: You will have ONE parking pass, but because of construction, some stalls may be blocked, so it becomes first come, first serve, and you can park anywhere marked BHL; if you don't find a stall available, you can park on the street and make sure to lock your doors. Please, no reverse parking.. Access code will be sent the day before check-in.
