Meet host at Crown Bay for the ride to your boat w/ full AC, 3 bedrooms, en-suite baths, full kitchen w/ all appliances, salon & multiple outdoor spaces & 2 sun decks. In addition to free trip to St Thomas daily, you can swim, kayak or paddleboard to Honeymoon Beach (enjoy pickle ball, beach tennis, volleyball, hiking, swimming & bar/restaurant). The S/V Barbara Jane has an owner's cabin with a queen size bed, sitting area and large bathroom (head) and walk-in shower, and two smaller cabins with queen sized beds and ensuite smaller baths. Each bedroom is equipped with separately controlled, generator powered A/C for warm nights (though the cool trade winds are almost always blowing in through the open bedroom windows if you like to sleep close up to the rippling waves and stars at night). You'll have 24/7 access to a two-person kayak, paddle board, snorkeling equipment, water toys and the galley if you like to prepare your own meals and snacks (we can even arrange for local divers to deliver fresh lobster and catch of the day directly to the back of your boat) and of course, the blender (our host can arrange to have the fridge stocked with your grocery and drinks list). The galley has a large refrigerator-freezer (all appliances and lights are powered by a large solar array) with an ice maker (we have an additional chest freezer too for large quantities of ice and frozen food and desserts) and all cookware and tableware for your convenience. Barbara Jane also features a salon (dining room) table which easily seats 6, two large fully-cushioned sun decks and three outdoor couches and snack tables for lounging in the sun, watching the spectacular sunsets and star-gazing. You can choose to either stay on the mooring off beautiful Honeymoon Beach and enjoy all the sights on Water Island or take a short ten-minute ferry ride to St Thomas for fine dining and nightlife, shopping and sight-seeing. Snorkeling, diving with guide and kayaking also available off the boat or by charter. The entire boat is yours. A host will be available to come to the boat and drive you to shore or over to St Thomas and back daily (and arrange excursions). They’ll start the generator if you’d like AC in your cabins (with individual thermostats so every guest can choose their perfect temperature) and run the fresh water maker so you have plenty of fresh hot water for showers or rinsing off with fresh water on the swim platform when you come back from swimming or hiking. Host is available from a nearby boat to operate systems like the water maker, generator or to drive the dinghy for excursions… Share Honeymoon Bay with other moored yachts and neighborhood sea turtles. Kayak or paddleboard in or swim to Dinghy’s bar and grill for lunch or dinner, a walk or swim on Honeymoon Beach, snorkeling, beach tennis, pickleball, volleyball, sunbathing, hanging at the beach bar, hiking and much more.
