This building is 4 stories and on the main level there is “ El Corozo”sports bar and grill with music, drinks and restaurant and you are just a 4 minute walk to the beach and theres a small market, liquor store and pizzeria down the road. Also a short drive to many other restaurants, bars, 24 hr supermarkets, 24hr Walgreens, bakery, activities and tourist attractions. Important Notice. Since Hurricane Maria The Electric Grid in Puerto Rico is fragile and electric outages do occur throughout the island but normally only last about 1-3 hours. In the event that there is an outage during your stay, we do have a 3000 watt power inverter that has to be manually connected and will provide energy for refrigerator, wifi , tv and 3 fans that will be provided,however the Air Conditioners cannot be used. Absolutely NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED IN THE EVENT OF A POWER OUTAGE as we cannot control these occurrences but do the best we can to provide a comfortable environment for our guests. Thank you
