And not only does this home have its own private pool, it's also walking distance to the Hispaniola Dining Club. A great place to stay and play! Enjoy 3 bedrooms - each with its own en suite private bath - in the main house, plus two additional bedrooms and a shared full bathroom in the pool house, which is located opposite the main house just across the private pool. Each bedroom comes equipped with all the comforts of home including its own flat screen television. The main house has a comfortable living and dining area with a 60" flat screen with Roku streaming service (in addition to cable), a full-sized kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances (circa 2023) and tableware and utensils for 10 along with pots, pans, and other cooking necessities, and an external dining and lounging area on the back patio complete with a gas grill. Each of the 5 bedrooms and the living and dining area have its own guest controlled air conditioner. You'll also find a half bath in the main house and a second one by the pool. The pool, which is cleaned 6 days per week, is surrounded by chaise loungers and a 7 foot umbrella. A professional gardener keeps the grounds pristine, tending to the grounds 6 days each week. A housekeeper rounds out the maintenance staff, cleaning the main house and pool house 7 days of the week. Laundry is $15 per load and must be completed by the housekeeper (laundry bags are provided). Guests have exclusive access to the main house, the pool house, and the pool.
