Parking area available at home and free of charge ★ SOME NOTES TO READ BEFORE CHOOSE HOMESTAY BAR Please read this entire section before booking. Although the house is new and underground in the city center, there are still things that make you unhappy. Our goal is to give you the experience of living in Vietnamese indigenous atmosphere and unique emotions; Therefore, we want to make sure that you know the following: 1. LOCATION: the house is located in a small alley where taxi can go to the house. From the main road to the house 90m 2. The house is about 10 meters (~32 feet) off the ground and can only be reached by stairs. Floor plan layout as follows: 4 storeys & 240 m2 FLOOR 1: PRIVATE entrance, living room, dining room and kitchen, bathroom ★ 2nd floor: Bedroom 1 with window + Bedroom 2 with window + wc 2 ★ FLOOR 3: Bedroom 3 with window + Bedroom 4 with window + wc 3 + Laundry room ★ FLOOR 4: Terrace and tables and chairs to relax 3. NO Flies, Mosquitoes in the house. However, for such a tropical climate in Da Nang, you will sometimes see mosquitoes from the garden and surrounding green areas or cockroaches flying (they are especially attracted to light). They can enter the bedroom if you open the door/window. Don't forget to CLOSE the doors/windows carefully when you use the laundry room, go out on the balcony or go out to prevent mosquitoes from entering the bedroom. SOS ANTI-MAGIN is provided in the cupboard but it won't hurt to bring your own. Mosquitoes aren't really that bad but their presence increases after a heavy rain, especially during the rainy season and twilight hours. You should also clean up after eating the food you bring into the house. Make sure you don't bring them into your bedroom. 4. Have a few basic seasonings in the kitchen If you want more, please buy them from the nearest supermarket and clean up yourself. 5. WATER PRESSURE: very strong resulting in uneven mixing of hot and cold water due to the water pump, otherwise the water pressure will be too weak for bathing. 6. TV: NO TV in all bedrooms. The only TV in the living room and kitchen 7. SAFETY. The house is located on a quiet street, on the right is a house, on the left is an apartment for rent, surrounded by a quiet and safe residential area.
