Nice room close to Glendale Mall & Buttler Univ. Be aware, this isn't your usual home it's a unique blend of my business space and cozy Airbnb rooms, all nestled in an industrial zone. We've got ten private rooms, shared common areas, and smart door locks for added convenience. Plenty of parking, essential amenities. Very close to Meijers and about 9 minutes to Butler University. Guest can access kitchen, shower, bathrooms and room living room space. We are always available to answer questions via text or call. This is our second home. We usually spend the day and some nights here and will be happy to talk little or as much as our guest need. Meijers, north keystone avenue, stake and shake, Aldi, Starbucks 54th street Lowe’s Guest can park in our driveway and we suggest Uber or renting a car to move around. This room is located inside of our second home-business office space. Be aware this is not a typical home! I run my business from here and have a comfortable set up for Airbnb rooms in an Industrial zone.
