This spacious property features a pool, BBQ area, fully equipped kitchen on the first floor, a living room with stunning views on the second floor, five bedrooms, five bathrooms, parking for four cars, and additional outside parking. Perfect for families, groups, or corporate retreats. Book now for a memorable stay! The pool area provides a relaxing oasis for guests to enjoy a refreshing dip or lounge poolside. Adjacent to the pool, the BBQ area is perfect for hosting outdoor gatherings and savoring delicious grilled meals. The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen, allowing guests to prepare their own meals at their convenience. The second floor offers a spacious living room and hammocks that provide nice OCEAN view. Our property boasts five bedrooms (5 AIRCOS) and five bathrooms, ensuring convenience and privacy for all guests. Parking is hassle-free with designated space for up to four cars on the premises. For additional parking needs, there is ample outside parking available. We give you the arrival time starting at 1:00 p.m. in the pool area and at 3:00 p.m. you can enter the house. This is so that you can enjoy our refreshing pool in advance, so from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. you can enjoy the entire pool area. Guests have access to the whole place! & beach access like 3 houses down from ours. We can offer additional cleanings during the stays for an extra cost symbolic cost. Pool maintenance is included almost every day so you can expect to see the pool guy in the mornings for a bit! Extra guests pay. Base price up to 6. Then it goes $25 per person per night *If you bring a pet please tell us about it before booking, there is a pet fee per pet* We offer airport pick up & transport, massages on location, and more!
