On one side of this great room, there's an inviting living area with a sectional sofa, a TV, and dual sets of glass doors that lead out to an ocean-facing deck; on the other, you'll find a window-lined dining room, a door that leads to a balcony, and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a peninsula bar counter. There's even more space to spend time with your loved ones downstairs in the game room (with a Cocktail Arcade Cabinet and a TV) and outside on the mid-level deck (with an eight-foot-by-15-foot swim spa). Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, free WiFi, seven TVs throughout the house, and baby gates, a high chair, and a booster seat for little ones. At night, you'll have your choice of one bedroom suite on the top floor, three bedrooms (including one with a private bathroom) on the second floor, and one more bedroom suite on the first floor. The pool is open from the end of April through mid-October. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
