Great yard on quiet, dead-end street, perfect for families looking for an easy getaway. Loads of living space to spread out including two living rooms and great outdoor space including screened-in porch. Spacious bedrooms give ample opportunity to unpack and unwind after a day at the beach. One bedroom on first floor with a Queen bed. Two bedrooms on the second floor of the main part of the home, one with a King bed and other with two queens. The fourth bedroom with a King bed, offers privacy, up second staircase in the rear part of the home. Loads of private parking makes getting in and out a breeze. Updated throughout including newer kitchen and bath, wood and tile floors throughout. Kitchen includes gas oven and stovetop, modern refrigerator, coffee pot, blender, toaster, cookware, flatware and dishes. Guests have access to entire house except for owners' private storage. There is a lock box but owners are available if there are any urgent issues. Scarborough State Beach is a few blocks away (about a 10-minute walk). For guests who prefer to drive, daily non-resident parking rates are $12 per weekday, $14 per weekend day and holiday. Also within a 10-minute walk are public tennis and basketball courts and a playground, as well as a number of shopping and dining establishments. You can reach every place in the Scarborough neighborhood (beach, dining, shopping) on foot or by bike. All other Narragansett attractions reachable by car in 5 to 10 minutes. Safe, leisurely roads and sidewalks make walking and biking our favorite forms of transportation all summer long. In Narragansett you'll find loads of casual and formal dining opportunities, great family activities like miniature golf and go-karts (and bowling for those rainy days), and tons of shopping. Nearby outdoor activities including golf, nature hikes and sports. Nearby beaches have something for everyone: no-wake beaches for little ones, surfing, swimming, fishing and boating. You can also conveniently access high-speed and traditional ferries to Block Island and Newport. Complimentary wifi access is included; a smart TV in the main living space allows you to connect to your favorite on-demand entertainment.
