Within this beautifully decorated condo is a full sized kitchen with all you need to prepare meals or snacks. The dining area and living room have ample seating and a large flat screen TV with HD service; we also have a washer/dryer and high-speed Wifi. The master bedroom faces the water with stunning floor-to-ceiling windows. It features a king size bed, a Smart TV with HD service, and access to the balcony; the master bath has a walk-in shower and separate garden tub. The second bedroom features two full size beds, a Smart TV with HD service, and a separate entry to the full size guest bath with tub/shower combo. The living room has a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Who doesn't love extras? We provide 4 light beach chairs, and beach towels for guest use along with a 28 quart cooler, plus we have a book of menus from our favorite restaurants, activity ideas and starter sizes of items like soaps and paper goods to help get your trip going. This condo will comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests and is designed to be ultra-comfortable with all the conveniences of home, yet all the extras you want in a beach vacation location. One of the only zero-entry pools in PCB is heated seasonally and just steps away from this conveniently located condo. Guests will have direct access and will be able to let themselves into the condo with our keyless lock. Off the Resort, Panama City Beach is a traveler's dream with so many activities and amazing restaurants, you'll be planning your return before you even leave. Check out Pier Park--a unique open-air shopping and dining complex with Margaritaville, a huge Sky-Wheel and many more restaurants and shops. Shell Island and St Andrews State Park are some of the most picturesque beaches and calm waters you'll find in the US. Spend a day at the Park or rent a pontoon to see both from the water. Boating and dolphin tours are abundant--be sure to check out the Sea Screamer. And there are a multitude of putt-putt and go-kart locations as well as attractions like Gulf World, Ripley's Believe It or Not and Wonderworks. PCB is driveable from many areas of the country but there is also a small airport located about 30 minutes from Boardwalk called Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and provide a credit card prior to stay on which a $200 damage deposit will be held. No pets, smoking, or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles.
