Sleeps 8. Enter the home, and on your immediate left is a Bedroom with Queen size bed, TV, DVD, VCR. Proceed up 2 steps from the entry, and on the left is a Full Bathroom with tub/shower. Ahead are the other Bedrooms. The Master Suite has a Queen size bed, Flat screen TV, and Master Bathroom with large tiled tub/double headed shower. The slider door leads out to a Hot Tub/Spa. The third Bedroom, to the right, has 2 Twin size beds and TV. Continuing to the right, the door leads out to laundry area and garage. Back to the entry, you climb a flight of stairs to the living level of the home with an open great room and large fully equipped kitchen with large, Island, bar stools, counter with room for food preparation and an eating area. To the Right of the kitchen there are doors going out to the Open Water View Deck with chairs and a Gas BBQ. The Cyber Center is to the Left and down the hallway is a half bath. The dining area is to the Left of the Kitchen and has a slider door out to a wind-protected BBQ deck. Down 3 steps is the large living room area with wet bar, large flat panel TV, DVD, VCR, and CD player, Queen size sofa bed, pellet fireplace and panoramic ocean views. GAS BBQ. The entire home will only be occupied by the renting party. This home is not shared with other renters or the owners. There may be locked doors, cabinets, drawers that contain the property of the owners for when they use their homes. These areas are not to be disturbed. These locked areas are inventoried between each rental. This is not a Pet friendly Home. Violations of this result in a $500 penalty The amount charged for cleaning includes cleaning of the home, doing all laundry, trash removal, and a one-time processing fee. Holiday periods subject to increased nightly minimum and a 15% increase in rental rate.
