Located in the Chiriqui Province on Panama's Pacific coast, this uniquely designed 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom home with a walk-out, open-air kitchen and living area is perfect for friend groups, beach lovers, yoga enthusiasts, and many more. Your "Dream House" amenities begin with a private pool and covered patio with lounge chairs. The back gate opens onto your private piece of one of Panama's most beautiful beaches that stretches for miles. Grab one of our boogie boards, a beach chair and an umbrella... and begin relaxing! The 2-story building was designed for a full, private residence above the guest's quarters. We live on site with our 3 dogs and happy chickens; our residence is the upstairs home; we only share parking and an entrance/breezeway with guests. Our house is equipped with Starlink high-speed internet and a mesh network for accessibility throughout the property. We only rent the facility for your individual booking, so you can choose the rooms that suit your needs when you arrive. The three bedrooms, two with king beds and one with a queen bed, all have separate entrances off the Casa’s breezeway. Each comes with its own ensuite bathroom including a walk-in shower with hot water, shampoo, soap, and after-sun lotion. All rooms have an in-room safe, TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan, a high-quality tempurpedic mattress, and a pool-facing window. The walk-out, open-air outdoor kitchen belongs exclusively to our guests and features a full refrigerator/freezer, stove, double sink, coffee maker, microwave, 6-person dining table, lounge seating, a marble counter with bar chairs. The kitchen is equipped with cookware, dishes, and flatware as well as a few common cooking essentials. Please note, this part of the living area is not enclosed - it is meant to be enjoyed as an open-air experience. Ceiling and floor fans and insect-reducing lighting make the space very comfortable for night use. The swimming pool area has a covered seating space and chairs for sunbathing. Yoga mats, boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas are all available for your use. While we live on site upstairs with our two dogs and move through the backyard to access the beach, attend to the landscaping, and maintain the pool, we will respect your vacation time. A paved road from the Interamerican Highway at San Felix brings you through the town of Las Lajas and on to the beach where it becomes a sand/gravel road to the public beach, resorts and residences. We recommend high clearance vehicles if you rent a car. Panama's beach roads and other sightseeing spots are often on gravel or sand roads that are not well-maintained. Be sure you understand the unique layout of the property and are comfortable cooking and entertaining outdoors. While the bedrooms are all enclosed with air conditioning, the common living space and kitchen are covered with a roof, but not enclosed. Tropical sun is intense - be sure to bring proper sunscreen and hats. Panama is a tropical country, home to amazing wildlife, including some pesky insects (chitres are active at dawn and dusk), venomous snakes, and saltwater caiman. Be aware of your surroundings and practice ocean safety while you enjoy your time here.
