This central location atop Navy Hill offers the best beaches, stores & restaurants of Saipan within 5-10 minutes surrounded by serene jungle and an incredible ocean view of Manågaha. Car or Taxi recommended. “The scenery is breath taking! So clean & safe I was able to see the sun set & rise through the sliding doors & the endless sea. It's definitely a 10/10 you won't find a private place like this for the price. I slept at peace. I even booked an extra night just because it was that peaceful. This is a spacious studio overlooking Garapan and the bay. The host lives on the property but is shy so will help with anything you need or give you complete privacy. It is uphill so a car is recommended since Saipan roads can be bumpy. The private bedroom, balcony, kitchenette and bathroom. I will help in anyway I can as quickly as I can. I do my best to always have my phone so guests never have to wait long. Navy Hill is very safe, spacious, and full of amazing views! The road is a little bumpy but the beauty of the jungle and ocean view make it so worth it. It’s so peaceful and beautiful here. I recommend a rental car but if not you will need a taxi the drive is short but steep for only walking. Saipan is not well built to just walk around much but American memorial park, Peace Park and Marpi have lovely walking trails. Please know Saipan is a relaxing place. Saipan tap water is full of minerals so it makes metal turn white over time, we don’t have addresses. The roads here have partially dirt parts and can be a little bumpy but it is safe. But the views and peaceful experience is amazing. On Saipan you can even find beaches with almost no one there Monday-Friday. If you want an adventurous time I can recommend my favorite hikes for you.
