You are steps from one of California’s most sought after beaches! There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and we can provide an aero bed as well. Enjoy the entire home with 2 ocean view balconies & a front patio with ping pong table & outdoor dining table on the balcony overlooking the ocean. We are local & available as needed but want to give our guests a private stay so they feel comfortable to relax & feel at home. The bustling beach town of Del Mar is quaint & charming with a relaxed vibe you won't find anywhere else in San Diego. There are gorgeous views of the Pacific Ocean wherever you are in town. The fairgrounds and race track offer several events throughout the year so staying within walking distance is convenient & keeps life exciting. The hiking trails of nearby Torrey Pines State Beach/Park offer miles of trails with breathtaking views. The practically perfect San Diego weather offers countless year round outdoor activities! We have free parking on site. Biking and walking are all you really need. There is a bus stop right out front that will take you along the coast if you want to explore other local beaches. The I5 freeway is 2 from the house. The train station is a 10 minute drive up north in Solana Beach & the home is a 25 minute drive from the San Diego airport. Our closest neighbor happens to be San Diego’s finest French Bakery, Darshan. Why not indulge yourself to a hot croissant & specialty coffee before hitting the waves! For the loyal Starbucks fans, it’s a 5 minute walk up the street.
