The house is in a lovely gate community with a common area, workout center, pool, tennis court, soccer field and basketball courts. Directly across the street from a small beach and 5 minutes away from Dolphins Cove Montego Bay. The house has two beds and two baths. Fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances as well as a washer and drier accessible upon request at no charge (not available for short term stays). Spacious backyard and front patio to sit on and enjoy the weather. All areas are accessible to guests. Laundry room is accessible upon request at no charge (not available for short term stays). Quiet safe neighborhood in a gated community with 24/7 security. Perfect to escape to a quiet peaceful night away from the center city. Community is located about 35 minutes outside of center city Montego Bay. Car rental or taxi is the most recommended option to get to and from the heart of Montego Bay. Please note it is very common in countries like Jamaica for there to be outages. While it doesn’t happen frequently, it may happen more than in places like the United States. Please be on notice if this happens during your stay this is a community wide issue and not a sole property issue. Utility service providers are put on notice immediately and it is out of my individual control. Airbnb will also be unable to resolve as other houses in the community and surrounding area will likely be affected.
