This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat is perfectly situated for your convenience, offering a peaceful escape in a well-established and tranquil neighborhood on the west side of town. Just a short 10-minute drive away from OU, this property is an excellent choice for visiting families, prospective students, or anyone with ties to the university. The neighborhood park is also a short 2 minute walk for all to enjoy! The room breakdown is: Primary King Room: The first primary king suite is off the hall to the left of the entry. It's an oversized room with access to the back patio with an en suite bathroom with a shower. Furnished with memory foam mattress, a 55in TV with a fire stick as well as 2 walk in closets for your convenience. Windows have blinds as well as blackout curtains. Second King Room: Located on the opposite side of the other bedrooms with it's own bathroom and shower/tub combo. This suite includes a 55in TV with a fire stick. Windows have blinds as well as blackout curtains. This room is complete with a walk in closet and memory foam mattress. Queen Room: This room is located between the first primary suite and the bunk room complete with a queen-sized memory foam mattress and a walk in closet. You will find a 43in smart TV in this room as well. Bunk Room: When you enter the home take an immediate left to go into the bunk room. This enormous room is complete with 2 Twin over Full Bunk Beds, with Twin Size Trundles below. In addition, there are 2 closets, shades with black out curtains, and a 50in TV with a fire stick. Bathrooms: For your convenience all bathrooms are supplied with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. If you prefer to bring your own, we have inset shelving for your products in both showers. * Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets! We appreciate you complying! Living Room: Large living room right off the entry with a Queen Sleeper Sectional, Twin Air Mattress, and 75" Smart TV. This area also has a dry bar with a wine fridge. (not stocked) Game Room: Game Room is open to the living room complete with a Pool Table and Board games. Kitchen: During your stay, you will have full access to our gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, keurig coffee maker with pods, and refrigerator. This kitchen comes equipped with plates, silverware, standard cooking ware, and children’s table wear (found in the drawers) as well as other cooking tools such as a slow cooker. Dining Area Off the kitchen, you'll find our beautiful dining table, comfortable enough to seat six (6). Guest access This home has a keypad entry and the guests will get a specific, unique code for easy entry. Parking in the long driveway is the only parking allowed. No on street parking. The whole home! Host managers are in the area and are available via text. Parking to be only in the driveway. No on street parking allowed. Pets *No pets allowed* Please be aware, if any pets are found you will be subject to a fine. Parking: Only parking is to be in the driveway. No on street parking allowed. NO smoking allowed on the premises. We will provide a guidebook on the coffee table with more information about the house to help you get settled in sooner.
