But consider us new local friends who will be available here for you! The condo is located in Bello Horizonte, within the Santa Marta Touristic District. This area is called “the future of tourism” in Santa Marta, as it is a less crowded green zone with Sierra views, without all the traffic/highway noise. This is one of the first condos of its kind built in this area. Located on the Touristic District, this condo is just a turn right from the Troncal del Caribe Main Road, on the Sanha Plus Hotel turn. Super central and easy to spot, but without all the highway noise! Just a short 5min ride from the Bello Horizonte beach, Irotama/Hilton/Mecure Hotels Beachwalk and Zazué Mall. You’ll have your own reserved parking spot within the condo. You can also easily ask for a taxi to the security personal on the entrance and they’ll kindly get it for you.
