It is a very private, out of the way, tucked in the trees kind of space. Located in a Suburb just East of Wichita. It has secure parking, Private entrance, and is Surrounded by all the necessities like food, gas and grocery. It also has easy highway access, and is a straight shot to and from the Airport. Out of the way place hidden in the middle of Town. Surrounded by trees and raw acreage and Wildlife. Just a short stretch of dirt road away from Civilization. Restaurants, gas, and grocery are within walking distance. And has easy access to one of the major thoroughfares through Wichita that leads directly to the ICT Airport. It has a private entrance and back deck. It’s own climate control. It’s newly remodeled with a Kitchenette. Sorry no washer or dryer. It lends itself very well to longer stays with the family. The space is a sectioned off piece of a very large single family home. There is no access to the space except through private entrance. Most all the furnishings, beds, bedding etc.. are new and are always kept and maintained. There are 3 steps to enter the space, but once inside it’s very spacious. With easy access to its amenities. Outside spaces will be shared, but feel free to explore, hang a hammock, or play catch with the kids in the park like atmosphere. There is a large detached garage on the property that is used privately, but if you require a small space 8x8 to store some gear or something that can be arranged. The entire house and property is being updated and worked on, that aside from the general lawn maintenance, mowing and weed-eating. A Courtesy will always be given for noise and location of the work being done on the property. But still feel free to explore and enjoy the quiet and seclusion. Interaction is up to you, I would prefer at minimum a meet and greet, and am not apposed to making new friends as I do stay on the property. There is also a very people friendly, lovable rambunctious dog that lives on the property and would undoubtedly have to say hello if your paths were to cross. All considerations will be given if you request or are not a dog fan. It is on the outskirts of an older neighborhood for the area where most properties sit on 1/2 to 1 acre lots. There are also some Commercial businesses within walking distance, but not in view from property. Private car is the best for navigation. Easy highway access from space. Where bug spray if you go exploring and there is a big lovable dog, named Penny, that has been known to slobber on people if a chance meeting happens on the property.
