In the kitchen area there is a stove with 4 burners, oven, along with the furniture of a full kitchen, as well as a refrigerator area. In this social area there is also a full bathroom. It has air conditioning and ceiling fan in the master bedroom and another air conditioner in the social area, along with another ceiling fan. The building has amenities such as swimming pool for adults and children, games room, gym, jacuzzis, Turkish bath, sauna and minimarket. An additional payment of 5.000 COP per person will be required by the building administration for the entrance door handles.
