This unit comes with 2 beach chairs and umbrella included with the rental. If reliable wifi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot. No Smoking/No Pets/No Events/No Firearms/No Refunds for Internet Outages/Quite Hrs 10p.m-7a.m Parking: A parking pass must be purchased by guest at time of arrival. The parking pass needs to be visible (facing out) on your vehicle’s dashboard for the entirety of your stay. Parking pass and wristbands can be purchased, for $35, from the 1st floor office (9am to 5pm) or through security during high season (4pm to midnight). The $35 is a one time fee and is good for a parking pass and 4 wristbands. Valid for the entire stay.
