Home has just been completely renovated and is ready for your enjoyment! Located in Dorado, this home has multiple ocean views - the ocean/beach a block away and also down the coastline to San Juan - and mountain views as well! A very short walk away from one of the island's best surf spots Kikita Beach, you can join in the fun, lounge on the beach, soak in the tide pools, or just watch the local surfers. Beautifully decorated ocean view and mountain view home is yours to enjoy! Kikita Beach is a very short walk away, and also the beautiful walking trails and spectacular coastline views of Ojo de Buey. Kikita Beach is mainly for surfing, but also has a large sandy area for lounging and tide pools to cool off in. Guests will have the entire property to themselves! The property is fully fenced and gated. Host's family live nearby in the same neighborhood and the host can guide you on what to do nearby and also if you want to get out and explore the island. The neighborhood has several options for food and drink. Whether you are looking for empanadas and beer to go or local cuisine and specialty drinks overlooking the ocean, you have these options within walking distance! There are also mini-marts where you can get your essentials or a full grocery store 5 minutes drive away. The house is located in a typical, open (non-gated) Puerto Rico community. A lot of people in the neighborhood do not fence in their animals, so you will see people's dogs, cats, and chickens roaming freely a lot of times. We do recommend renting a car for your stay. There are several places within walking distance, but you will enjoy the island more if you have your own transportation. There is an Enterprise Rental in the neighborhood that will sometimes deliver.
