This beautiful villa, located in Spring Bay Estates, is just one house back from the beach. Sugar Mill is beautifully decorated and furnished in bamboo and rattan. Amenities include air conditioning in the bedrooms, dishwasher, WiFi, Smart TV, stereo system. The upper level at Sugar Mill rents as a two bedroom property. The two lower bedrooms would remain closed, and not rented to other guests during your stay. If you would like to rent the full house please look at the separate listing for that option. Upstairs has two air conditioned bedrooms that open on to a patio with a spectacular ocean view. Each bedroom has their own bathroom as well. There is a queen bed in both rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped... full size fridge, wine fridge, dishwasher, stove etc and all the utensils and cookware you will need. The living and dining area a open onto the deck where there is a hammock, and a sunset deck where you feel like you are on top of the trees overlooking the ocean. Our office is just a couple minutes walk from Sugar Mill. We are in the office daily to assist with anything you need. We also have an amazing maintenance team that can quickly fix anything at the house that needs attention. Located in Spring Bay Estates, Sugar Mill is one property back from Spring Bay beach. Less than a 3 minute walk down the private estate path will put you right on Spring Bay. Parking is available at Sugar Mill, and we can help you arrange for a vehicle rental for your stay. If you prefer taxi's, we can also book a taxi to meet you at anytime. Managed by Guavaberry Spring Bay, you have access to the onsite commissary and staffed office to help with anything you need during your stay. At our office we also have snorkel equipment available for rent, menus for all the restaurants on the island and lots of information about activities available on the island. All of our properties allow for access to our beach, Spring Bay. Spring Bay is one of the best beaches on Virgin Gorda. Enjoy the shade of the tamarind trees and swim in the crystal blue water. Beach chairs are provided at Spring Bay.
