To the right after the entrance there is a large bedroom with a double bed and an adjoining private bathroom. In the bathroom there is a washing machine. The water supply can vary, which is why the washing machine is best used in the morning. There is also a water heater in the bathroom. Further in the house there are two further simple furnished bedrooms with double beds. A toilet with shower is adjacent to the bedrooms. Past the living room, there is a dining area adjacent to the kitchen, which is equipped with a gas stove, fridge/freezer, microwave and plenty of household utensils. At the back of the house there is a small patio if you want to cook outside. In the storage room behind the kitchen there is a grill, and plenty of bowls, buckets, cleaning materials including a vacuum cleaner. There is a simpler toolbox if something needs to be adjusted. At the front of the house there is a furnished veranda and garden with orange trees, bananas etc. which are free to pick at the right time of year. In the Yard there is also a washing area with a water hose. A very trustable caretaker is available if needed to help with various things. Periodically he lives in the outside house and makes sure that the garden is looked after and that everything is as it should be. all of the house is available The house is located in a very quiet area in Banjulinding 10-15 minutes from Old Yundum Intl Airport. It is about 30 minutes by car to, for example, Senegambia, Serrekunda market, and beaches by the Atlantic. Depending on traffic, it may take longer or shorter. Nearby the house is Abuku National Park, a small but pleasant hike with a guide is recommended. It is also close to Lamin Lodge with a nice restaurant and boat trips on the Gambia River and in the Mangrove Forest. If you do not have your own car, there is a taxi station 5 minutes' walk from the house. 5 min walk from the house is the Banjulinding local market with fresh fish, vegetables, fruit etc. Even closer is small local shops with freshly baked bread every morning , water etc. If you have a car you can park it inside the gate. 5 min walk from the house is a taxi station close to the Banjulindin junior and secondary school. A taxi will take you anywher for a resonable price.
