Seabreeze is a beautiful newly designed N. Shore Hau'ula beach home w/ 110' of ocean front, spectacular sunrises & majestic mountain views. Dine on the lanai w/ turquoise ocean water so close you can almost touch it. Our home overlooks the sea & mountains (a rare & gorgeous view). We are at the water's edge w/ a lrg lanai & ample seating where sea life can often be seen. 1 home from beach access & min. to Pounders & Kokololio Beaches; white sand gems w/ fantastic body surfing. This is truly a home away from home where your family & friends can have the vacation of a lifetime. It is designed with retreat & relaxation in mind. We offer 30 day+ stays. Our newly decorated home with newly renovated spaces has 3 bedrooms, 4 beds & 1 sofa bed along with 2 full bathrooms (with shower & tub), a fully stocked kitchen, dining & living area. Step onto our expansive lanai that runs the full length of our home with ample seating for dining & relaxing, a beautiful sea breeze and ocean sounds heard from every room. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, a separate wet bar, walk in closet and an en suite full bath with tub & shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed & shares a full hall bath with tub/shower with bedroom 3. Bedroom 3 has beautiful barn doors, 2 full sized bunk beds large enough for 2 adults (each bed rated to 400 pounds), a desk/chair & a TV with plush chairs for relaxing or working remotely. **We now offer air conditioning which provides for great sleeping combined with the sounds of the ocean** Guest access Your vacation home has its own private entrance, kitchen, dining/living area, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, & oceanfront lanai. Only one vehicle is allowed, and use of the home is for registered guests only. Please be respectful of our wonderful neighbors and do not allow other visitors to come to the home. **Other things to note** 1) We ask that you please respect the privacy and quiet (especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM) of our neighbors and guests. We love sharing our neighborhood with guests who respect our property, community, and family-friendly environment. 2) Our home is newly finished and very clean, but as we are in a tropical area on the ocean, the occasional gecko or bug may enter. To help your stay remain critter free, please keep doors and windows closed when you are not there, and keep counter and floors free of food and crumbs. 3) Items that are strictly enforced are the one-vehicle limit, the use of the home only to registered guests (please do not invite friends/family over who are not staying at the home without our prior consent)and no smoking or vaping of any kind, anywhere on our property. 4) Thank you for not wearing your shoes in the house. We have plenty of Aloha and ask that you do the same. Mahalo! You have full access to the home & outdoor spaces in front of the home in the back yard of the home along the ocean. When not in Hawaii, we also have a wonderful friend and local caretaker who is available to answer questions and help where needed. We live on a unique street in a family-friendly neighborhood with some of the most amazing views on Oahu away from the main highway. This community is one of a kind, very diverse and welcoming to visitors. Hau'ula has all the conveniences that make vacationing smooth while still allowing you to enjoy true country living where beaches are never crowded and the Aloha spirit is rich. A small grocery store, pharmacy, convenience, fast food and a GREAT taco spot are right across the street, walking distance. About 5 min driving north is a large grocery store and shopping plaza with local food and more convenience options. An awesome local fish market is right near there and a must visit for preprepared dishes or the freshest catches you can cook (Ken's Fresh Fish...not open daily, see store signs on location for hours). You can also experience the Polynesian Cultural Center (which we highly recommend for touring, luau, shows and shopping) and 2 iconic restaurants on that property - Hukilau Cafe (breakfast) and Pounders (lunch/dinner). Within a 10-15 minute drive north is a choice of restaurants, from world class dining (Roy's Beach House) to the Kahuku Plantation Mills which has a variety of great eating spots, the best food trucks on the island, and (we believe) the best shave ice on the North Shore (Wili Wili's). There is excellent zip lining, sea kayak tours with turtles and a working horse ranch with horseback riding all in the area between Hau'ula and Kahuku with additional sea excursions (snorkeling, sailing, diving, surfing lessons, shark diving, etc. ) leaving from Haliewa harbor. A great skydiving spot is on the tip of the North Shore in Wailua. The most famous surf spots are just north of this area within 25min driving, but our favorites are all very close within minutes driving... Kokololio, Pounders, Hukilau, Maleakahana, to name a few. We usually walk to Kokololio from the ocean side during low tide (10min). We also love Mokuleia Beach in Wailua and the hiking on the north tip of the island past the surf beaches. Very serene, not touristy, great walking/hiking, swimming in lots of spots, turtles usually abound. We can help you find local hikes, surf spots, snorkeling or any other island adventures you are interested in. Hau'ula is the perfect North Shore spot for an amazing vacation. Great for families, couples, or groups of friends planning a get-away. Humpback whale (Hawaiian: "kohola") season in Hawaii traditionally starts in November or December and runs through March. The Sea Breeze House has a spectacular view of ocean where humpbacks are often seen. If you stay at our place during the whale watching season, keep your eyes peeled! Monk seals and turtles can be seen frequently year round. Spear fisherman can also be seen often fishing during low tide. Please see our guidebook for local recommendations of family favorite places that we love and frequent. Renting a car is the best option to explore the island. There is a bus stop nearby if you need to use public transportation. This property has a separate guest house on the far corner of the property in a separate building (Mai Tide) which is also an Airbnb unit intended newly renovated and available in 2024. Please inquire if interested in renting together with the main home. This studio space includes 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, living/kitchen efficiency and can sleep 2 (1 queen bed, 1 twin sleeper sofa) and would expand your space to 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 twin sized sleeper sofas. Please see our guidebook for local recommendations of family favorite places that we love and frequent.
