Very safe and secure home extremely spacious and the house is Situated in a very peaceful locality in Defense Housing Authority Phase 7 extension. Karachi. Pakistan 01 Bedroom, 01 living room along with 02 bathrooms, an outside sitting area, TV lounge and kitchen equipped with all amenities The house is very spacious, and there is a lot of room to move around and do work very open and good area. Guest can only access the ground portion which they have rented. Others areas have restricted access. Guest can reach us by Calling or texting or emailing. The neighbourhood is very friendly and safe and it's very windy and a good environment with good people around. Guests can travel by taxi apps like Indrive, Careem or Bykea HOUSE GUIDELINES AND RULES: 1. Please double check to switch off all electrical circuits/appliances before leaving the premises including Air Conditioner, Wall Sockets, Microwave Owens and especially gas stove in order to avoid any mishap. 2. Respect the furniture and decor. Any damages or breakages must be reported immediately. 3. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours. 4. No parties or large gatherings without prior approval from the vacation home owner or property management. 5. Clean up and maintain cleanliness throughout your stay and leave the vacation home in a reasonably clean condition. 6. Pets are not allowed unless specifically mentioned and approved in advance. 7. Follow the provided parking instructions and avoid blocking any neighboring driveways or entrances. 8. Do not move furniture or appliances around without permission and please consult with the vacation home owner or property management. 9.  In case of any emergencies or issues, contact the designated person or emergency contact provided by the vacation home owner or property management. 10.
