The stairway is equipped with handrails and wide treads. Each bedroom is airconditioned with 2 twin beds in one room and a queen bed in the second. In addition to the bedrooms, the apartment has two full bathrooms, a living room, a small balcony, and a fully equipped kitchenette including a two-burner cooktop, a full-size fridge, and a microwave. There is a TV in the living room and wifi access throughout. And access to a spacious backyard. There is a private entrance to this apartment with a large shared parking area and a shared laundry room. We live and work nearby so can assist guests quickly and happily. A great residential coastal neighbourhood for walking, biking, jogging, surfing and windsurfing. This is a lovely neighborhood for walking or jogging. It is a 20-25 minute walk to get to Oistin's bus terminal. From here you can get a bus or taxi to just about anywhere on the island. Walking distance to the beautiful Miami beach but it is nice to have a car for convenience.
