Kick back and relax in this quiet, stylish home in the heart of Decatur, Georgia, which houses a myriad of restaurants, an amazing local farmers market, and lots of fun activities and sights within 10-20 minutes away. While centrally located, still enjoy sitting beneath several shady trees, in front of a peaceful, crackling, bonfire in the back yard. Or, instead, sit and watch the rain enjoying drinks on the partly covered deck in the back. It is truly a modern and quiet getaway. This open concept design allows those in the living area to feel connected to those in the kitchen. Two bar stools sit against the built in breakfast bar, and an oversized chair with ottoman, as well as a cozy side chair, rest in the living area. There is a 40" Roku Tv and record player available for entertainment, as well as a working space with two short bar stools for extra seating. With laundry on site, just beyond the kitchen, you won't have to worry about going anywhere to wash your clothes and towels, for lengthy stays. The main bedroom contains one queen bed, six drawer dresser, night table and small closet. The second bedroom/office contains a single twin bed, bench seating, for reading your favorite book, and a desk and chair for writing or working. Unfortunately, the closet in this room is not available for guests. The fully enclosed back yard is peaceful and private, perfect if you have pets! The covered carport allows your car to stay dry during a rainfall. Guests have access to every part of this home, except the second bedroom closet. I will be available to help with any problems from 9am to 12am any day of the week, and sometimes before or after, depending. Up and coming neighborhood. Quiet, mostly. People mostly keep to themselves. Some newly renovated houses, some in other shapes, but very safe. Bus stop at the end of the street, about a 2 minute walk. Free parking in drive or in covered carport. There will be a $50 pet fee applied to your stay if you have pets. That is usually added to the cleaning fee but they are having technical difficulties at the moment. Thanks!
