The room features large windows, a very comfortable workstation and a queen bed. It is your perfect base to explore, work, live and mingle with locals and fellow travelers. It is a 4-room shared flat with one kitchen, one full bathroom, and one-half bathroom. I live alone and offer my extra bedrooms for my guests. I am a dedicated host and my priority is to provide a peaceful home for both my guests and myself. The flat is 150 meters away from the iconic bull statue in Kadıköy Center and 250 meters away from Kadikoy Bazaar. Please do not bring bottled water. > A full bathroom with a bathtub, hairdryer, washing machine, and drying machine. > A half bathroom > A 9m2 entrance area with a shoe cabinet and a large mirror on the wall --TRANSPORTATION-- I may offer VIP airport transportation service for my guests. Please inquire for details. --GENERAL INFO-- > The flat is well-heated with a central heater. > Clean bed linens, towels, paper towels, and detergents will be provided at the check-in. Some other common consumables (coffee, tea, soaps, shampoo, etc.) may also be provided but I do not guarantee continuous compliments because I also may be away from time to time. --CLEANING-- >Fresh bed linens and towels will be provided weekly for stays longer than 8 days. >You can ask for a room cleaning service during your stay for 10$. Other than your private room you will have access to the kitchen, the full bathroom, half bathroom, and entree. I am online for 16 hours per day. Please do not hesitate to text me for anything. I am ready to brief you about Istanbul and Turkish Culture whilst appreciating your privacy. Kadıköy is the new hype in Istanbul. The flat is located near tram street and the iconic Bull Statue in Kadıköy, literally the liveliest district around, and has access to everything you are looking for. One or two blocks away you will find attractive bars street and the nostalgic tram street full of shops. Kadıköy has always been a cozy arts and culture center and it grew into an alternative, international, and the most LGBT-friendly neighborhood in Istanbul. Professional and amateur theaters are on every street. Visit tons of vintage, antique, and second-hand stores. Meet new people at new-wave cafes and restaurants in Moda and Yeldegerimeni (it is becoming more and more vegan-friendly every day). Have a drink and dance at the bars and clubs district. And rest in your room in a very central location. - The place is located in Kadıköy Center. - Bus stops and taxi stands are in 50 meters range. - 450 meters(6 min walk) subway M4. - 550 meters to ferries (7min walk) - You can take a 20-minute ferry ride from Kadıköy to old-city, Beyoglu and Beşiktaş. - After a night out in Taksim. Take a yellow minibus from Taksim Square for 1.5€ and it directly brings you to Kadıköy Center. A regular taxi would cost around 7€ - "Metrobus" which is another fast way to cross over to the European side, is located only 1000 meters away from my place. Metrobus is a crowded transportation but it is like a magic bus that avoids all the heavy traffic. -Marmaray train station is also next to Metrobus station. (1000 meters away from our flat). - (In 50 meters radius) You will have access to pharmacies, hairdressers, dry cleaners, bakeries, supermarkets, tons of coffee shops, bars and restaurants, wine houses, taxi stands, theaters, and various shops. (Literally, everything that a big city offers) - (In 100 meters radius) You will have access to clubs, gyms, all banks and ATMs, the Kadıköy Bazaar, the fish market, the opera house, You will be sharing the house with other guests. There are two bathrooms. No dishwasher, you need to handwash your dishes. No elevator, flat is on the 1st floor. You only need to climb one flight of stairs.
