The trolley stops directly in front of the complex if you'd rather not drive. THINGS To Know -If you are bringing a boat... Guests can go to Madeira Bay Docs Inc and sign up for a boat slip. There is parking for a trailer. Only for boats up to 72' accepted. Slip rental is $11 per foot + electric. All spaces are for guest use. We are always available via phone, text or email. We use a keyless entry and you go directly to condo and no need to check in at the lobby.
