Come enjoy our comfortable and quiet studio apartment! We are conveniently located a 15-20min drive from SJU airport, Condado, Old San Juan, Plaza Las Americas, and local eateries. We have a generator and cistern that will automatically turn on if there are any outages during your stay. On the property you will find our house and ceramics studio, where we live and work. The apartment is at the back of the house and has its own entrance and parking, separate from the house and studio. Our home has a Spanish-inspired look. After going through the side gate and walking to the back of the house, you will find our studio apartment waiting for you to enjoy. The apartment has a more modern look with artworks that we made on display. There is a comfortable queen size bed, air conditioner, TV, kitchen, full bathroom, desk, and dining area. The sinks and shower all have hot water. Just a 6 minute walk away, you will find the Apolo Shopping Center that has all the essentials - a pharmacy, grocery store, cafe/bakery, pizzeria, and gas station. 5 more minutes walking will take you to a very nice park with a walking path, playground, tennis, and basketball courts. 2 more minutes walking, and you'll arrive at Callejeros, a lively Mexican restaurant with tasty food and drinks. Guests have their own parking spot in our driveway. You'll have access to the apartment and patio between the side gate and apartment door. We have a patio set with a table and 2 chairs that guests are welcome to use. We mostly keep to ourselves but are always happy to meet new people. We can most easily be reached through chat on the Air Bnb app. Our neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Neighbors mostly keep to themselves, but you might see someone walking their dog or washing their car. We love how quiet the property is while still being within a 20 minute drive from Condado, Old San Juan, and Bayamon. On Tuesday and Thursday mornings, you might hear someone driving around the neighborhood selling fruits from his truck. He has the BEST pineapple, avocados, and papayas.
