This brand new studio apartment is the ideal place to stay for an economical holiday at Christmas time or if you're visiting friends and family on the island. We are a 5 minute drive from Spotts Beach and a 10-15 min drive to Sunset Divers in South Sound. Hurley's supermarket is less than 10 minutes away. Georgetown and 7 mile beach are less than 30 minutes away, as is Camana Bay. We also have a discount with a local car rental agency. 20 min. from the airport. It's a studio apartment, meaning it's all in one room, except the washroom, of course. It's very spacious though, large closet to hang your bikini. Spacious desk just in case you have to work and there's high speed internet and a 55" smart TV. Eco friendly, so we have a tankless water heater. Gas and induction cooktop, and a built-in microwave. There is an overhead fan and it's fully air-conditioned. Everything is modern and top-of-the line. I'm on and off the island, but there is a full-time property manager to assist if you need help. I am always available by email and will respond very quickly. BEACHES: We are a short, 5 minute drive to Spotts Public Beach and a 15 minute drive to 7-mile Beach. GRAND HARBOUR SHOPPING MALL: a 5 min. drive, has Hurleys Supermarket, Papa's Pizza, a large Pharmacy, liquor store, a restaurant and a sports bar. COUNTRYSIDE MALL, in the opposite direction, has Foster's supermarket, Chinese Food, Pizza Hut, Liquor store, ALT hardware store, Subway, and a pharmacy). CAMANA BAY - a gorgeous outdoor mall with upscale stores & restaurants, is a 20 minute drive. AIRPORT: a 10 minute drive. YUMMY TUMMY Fusion Food Truck is located at the end of our street. Great food: Tacos, wraps, Indian curry dishes and pasta. My favourite: The Curry Chicken crepe. SCUBA DIVING: If you are wanting to scuba dive, we highly recommend Sunset House in South Sound. First class operation, and a fantastic restaurant overlooking the ocean there as well. In fact, my favourite restaurant on the island. It would be a 15 minute drive. Just go back to the Roundabout at Hurleys and take the South Sound exit. CAR RENTAL: We also have a discount with a local car rental agency.
