It is optimized to enjoy the main local tourist attractions, restaurants and spas. ★★★In the morning you will never have any problem finding a great place to grab the BREAKFAST (Banh mi - Bread, noodle- Pho, Bún, My Quảng,...) and coffee within minutes of walking ★House introduction Recently, remodeled in the distinctive Scandinavian minimalist style, the house has 3 FLOORS, totally white brick floors, 4 roomy bedrooms with 4 Queen Beds and can add more 1 or2 queen mattresses floor, 4 spacious bathrooms, small warm seat-area, fully equipped kitchen. ★ IMPORTANT CONSIDERATION BEFORE MAKING A RESERVATION/Sky House Don’t worry, the capital letters are just to emphasize the importance. I’m not mad at you. But please read this entire section before making a reservation. As lush and inviting as the Sky House is, there are inevitable “challenges”. Our goal is to give you an experience to live in the Vietnamese native atmosphere and unique emotion; therefore, we would like to make sure that you are aware of the following things: 1. LOCATION: The house is located on a small street with green trees, the big car can park in front of the door, however, there are a few works on this street so the workers can park the motorcycle in front of the house. So if you go out, please put the lock inside so they always think you're home and give you a way to get in. 2. CLIMB: The house is about 10 meters (~ 32 feet) off the ground and is only accessible by wood stairs. “Wood stairs” is just another way of saying that you need to bring your luggage to go up and down to the rooms. Only those who believe they are physically capable should book a stay. The layout of floors are as followings: 4 FLOORS & 300 sqm ★ 1st FLOOR (GROUND): PRIVATE entrance, a living room, a dining and kitchen room, a big bathroom, a laundry room. ★ 2ND FLOOR: Bedroom1 (attached bathroom1) with big balcony + Bedroom2 (attached bathroom2) with balcony ★ 3RD FLOOR: Bedroom3 (attached bathroom3) with city view.viewBedroom4 city view 3. NO BUGS, MOSQUITOS in the house. However, for such a tropical climate in Danang, you sometimes see mosquitos outside from the gardens and surrounding green areas or cockroaches are flying (they are especially attracted by the light). They might come into the bedrooms if you open the doors/windows. Don’t forget to CLOSE the doors/windows carefully when you use the laundry room, go out balcony, or go out to prevent mosquitos coming into the bedrooms. BUG REPELLENT is provided in the cabinet but it never hurts to bring your own. The mosquitoes really do not get that bad but their presence increases after a hard rain especially in rainy season and the twilight hours. You should also clean after yoursef with foods you bring into the house. Make sure that you don’t bring them into your bedrooms. We do not expect to see ants here, right? 4. NO SPICES available in the kitchen for its cleanliness. If you plan on cooking please kindly buy them from the nearest supermarket and clean after yourself. 5. WATER PRESSURE: is very strong which results in mixing hot water and cold water unsteadily because of the water pumper or else the water pressure will be too weak to take a shower. We use solar energy, so initially, you have to wait a short time for hot water 7. TV: NO TV in all bedrooms. The only TV in the living room and the kitchen room 8. SAFETY. The house is located on a quiet street with the house on the right is a local house, on the left is an apartment for rent, in front is a large hotel being completed with guard 24/7. ★ Entire house is yours. Private entrance. Hoi An is just 30 mins away by car. Nearby amenities: High5 coffee shop is 150m away, you can work here. Wait 1km from Bac My An, you can buy super cheap food and goods. Mini mart with a capacity of 24/7 operation so you can buy goods anytime you need. Especially, the street food stalls, sidewalk restaurants with local specialties are super delicious and super cheap with a radius of only 500m around the property. Grab/Uber is the easiest and cheapest way to go around the city.
