It is family friendly and has many cafe's and restaurants nearby. There is a golf course right across the street from where you'll be staying. Pacifica Pier is very close by and is a nice spot to go on a sunny day. Next to the pier there’s a small cafe and a nice long walking trail to the beach. The property is located right off of the highway and is close to shopping centers, and walking distance to an organic market. There is a bus stop right across the street from the apartment if you will be getting around by public transportation. If you are driving there is plenty of free street parking, and you will get one free designated parking spot on the premises.
